How do i get teh file size to be 24 Bit lol? WTF.. how do u get a file so small??? right now its 1080 bits

Save as. Try reducing quality if you want file size reduced. If you want to reduce size of the image there should be one of the tabs (Resize image i think) on the Photoshop.

24 bit bmp, that doesn't mean the actual size is 24 bytes

Ok, open it into paint and then File > Save As.. > Then save as 24-Bit Bitmap.

Easy as that

Yea theres a difference between 24 bytes and 24 bits

24 bit is color, not size.
