I know that Joymax said that they fixed the attack speed, HOWEVER I still can't get my two stabs in. Anyone else still having this problem?

Yep, same here, I'm on Tibet and have this problem, people say that only a few servers have this problem, so i goto Xian to check it out and Xian is fast as ever.

Works for me except when the servers are packed >_>
