Tried to do the same thing to my +3 an hour ago... i think he just looks for other people with 5D+ weps and tries to scam them lol.
EDIT: Oh but I told him I didn't want to fail on going to sos and lose my +3, so I'd like it if he dropped his glaive so I could experiment with his first
