Hell yeah, get it 22+ and use it at higher levels as a Knockdown shield. that's if you don't use a shield allready >.>

I have a similar one but I only made it +5. Mine is BR19 though so I declare it better than yours =p yours is a bit brighter though hehe.
BR19(22%) I think - lol I'd go for 20+ if I could find some friggin lvl1 agility tabs by the hundred =x

Guys. Shut up about the %s of ANY KIND. Do you know how hard it is to come by lvl 1 tabs that are used for shields? Let alone succeeding AND improving them. I've had a 1+7 shield with 0% on all stats, used about 10 stones, and it only has 22%, 63%, and 34%.

Even if you farmed lvl 1 tabs, they hardly drop.
