There are soX items every 5 feet!! Literally!!
Ok but seriously tho,
There are no best places for you to get one, its 100% random where/when they drop, People will suggest places but there is no point because there is no proof. 100%! Random! The only thing we can suggest to you is to just keep killing monsters, By doing that, your bound to get one eventually.

Here we go again with the ranting about the monsters dropping SOX, i think mangyangs have a better chance than any high lvl mob because there item drop ate is more than any other ( i think ). If you killed equals amounts of mangyangs and say yetis you´l get more drops off mangyangs.

no, bandit archers have the highest drop rate ever, & giants can drop as much as 3 loots
