go to a site like http://photobucket.com or http://imageshack.us/ upload your pictures then paste the url here.

when i go to imageshack, when i finish everyting do i just press host it?

if you want the whole pic on the forum...copy the last link and post it between [img]and[/img]
if you want a thumbnail get the 2nd or 3rd and just past it
