Those % mean how much str is added to the item. Basicly if you got an item with 2 str (+50%) that means the max amout of str is 4 for this item.

from 1-4 degree the maximum of str or int that can be added is 3, and if an item from those degrees has str 3 it will be the max and therefore 100%
from 5-6 degree the max you can have is 4 int/str.
and 7-8 degree stuff can be tuned up to 5 int/str. All the other blues like hp/mp increase, durability, and parry ratio have a pattern close to the first one as well. Keep in mind that you can never get an item with int/str 4-5 as a drop. Hope that helps a little ~

That means the max is Str 3 Increase, not 4

also the percentages arnt accurate.. like on a 7th or 8th deg item 3 str (really 3/5 or 60%) will say 50% and 4 str (really 4/5 or 80%) will say 75%.. Joymax can make a great game with graphics but they cant spell, do math, or ban bots

And exactly how do you work that out?

No you don't get it.
1 str = 0%
2 str = 25%
3 str = 50%
4 str = 75%
5 str = 100%
It doesn't get calculated by what percent of five, but what percent it is on the scale of possible str increases.

2 str = 25%
3 str = 50%
4 str = 75%
5 str = 100%

So does that mean it would look like this....
Str Max - 3
1 str = 0%
2 str = 50%
3 str = 100%
Str Max - 4
1 str = 0%
2 str = 33%
3 str = 66%
4 str = 100%
Str Max - 5
1 str = 0%
2 str = 25%
3 str = 50%
4 str = 75%
5 str = 100%
Str Max - 6
1 str = 0%
2 str = 20%
3 str = 40%
4 str = 60%
5 str = 80%
6 str = 100%
.... and so on?
