So another gold beggar in town, I am in one of those stalling days where I got nothing to do. So I decided to screw with him.
Begging for gold
And he really did log off

scam is when the scammer [in this case me] get some kinda of advantage or profit from the incident; well i didnt get anything, except the important info of a pennyless char, which i am not interested in

hard to say, there had been cases where high lvls got bored of sro and just gave the first beggar they see all their gears and money

Did you actually see the character? Was it a real character? Could have been a fake character on a fake account so he had nothing to lose.

2 thoughts:
1. logging off during peak hour is not a good idea
2. i wasn't interested in getting a free account so i didn't try it out
well, i see what you are saying, maybe hes not that dumb afterall, maybe at the moment, he got disconnected proving why i couldn't pm him
