Its all in god damn sake taiwan language.
Oh well, I found out that Taiwan SRO doesnt use silk system.
I saw the payment site whereby you got a big load of silk when u paid per month.. o.o
And its so cheap plus my country sell those taiwan sro prepaid cards too!
