that's one case why I don't think it's applicable forever, but i need to be sure,

because the other case.. my case is, my credit card got stolen and before I get a new one, I'm using a friend's paypal acc to send MY money, to Joymax pocket.. And I'm aware that if he charges back.. i will get banned lol

anyway, in case if he chargedback, and I'd got banned... would it possible for me to pay the ammount of money that was chargedback to Joymax and get my acc back?

Its not just a matter of Joymax getting their money in the event of a chargeback, they have to resolve the payment with the Cardholders Bank and that payment that was chargeback'd needs to be resolved.

So if someone charges back the $50 they put on your account, you cant just go with a different CC and give them $50, im sure it dosnt work like that.

..that's one thing solved : ) .. therefore question remains.. is it applicable forever?

what do you mean applicable forever???

you cant chargeback after a certain amount of time. im not sure exactly what the time is... but if you dont dispute the payment (i.e. chargeback) within a few months obviously the cc company thinks it is a legit payment.

I believe it's 3months... I'm sure it's on the paypal website somewhere anyways.

They unblock the account once they get their money.. How do I know? Go read the official forums and morningdew's reply to chargeback.
