He wouldn't have broken his neck from that, most likely. See how his head turned sideways instead of straight back? Yeah, not broken (most likely). And I'm not sure about the rest of us, but I sure can't help what I laugh at.

Believe it or not this guy kept on dancing even after this misshap. no broken bones just bruised his ego.....can't help it but laugh though
