ok, this is a common error, because ur IP has been masked for Ksro and Jsro, the only way to "restore" them is to buy a complete new computer...

LOL Just kidding
u just have to unstall the Ksro and Jsro and reinstall Isro

I got that once after I tried installing KSRO. Reinstall didn't fix it. Hunted around and found this fix (may also be on this forum somewhere too):

-Open C:\Windows\system32\drivers\etc\
-Open the "hosts" file with notepad
-underneath "127.0.0.1 localhost" add the following lines:

121.128.133.26 gwgt1.joymax.com
121.128.133.26 gwgt1.joymax.co.kr
64.152.34.142 joymaxnpro.nefficient.com

-Save that file and reboot computer (you may not even need to reboot, but I needed to before it would work)

Hope that helps!
