well there seem to be a spam attempt or whatever on the forums. last posts all about accusations joymax is selling bots/gold this would not surprise me if it is the same.

buying gold is only actually a bannable offence if you have been caught 4 times
The sale of items and accounts
for real money/goods,
other game account/item sale,
illegal joint account sharing
1st time - 5 day account block
2nd time - 10 day account block
3rd time - 20 day account block
4th time - Permanent account block
so technically they cant ban him (full table can be found at
http://www.silkroadonline.net/cc/op.asp)
i would like him to get banned too but they are basically breaking their own operation policy
All GM’s/CS are familiar with Silkroad Online operation policy and thus all services and actions of the Silkroad Online operations team are administered according to the operation policy
