One of my favorite artists lives completly in obscurity, and I don't blame him either. He's a bit eccentric as far as one goes, but it doesn't stop people from seeing his work. Most people see his art as tawdry and slightly simplistic; but some people see his art as some of the most intricate and beautiful pieces ever. He's kind of a naturalist, and is known to be very much in tune with nature. His work has been featured in many movies, often in combination with other things to make an obvious setting statement.
Do you know what artist I'm talking about?
And what particular medium is he most famous for using?
The winner gets 500k, A partial answer gets 300k gold.
