Silkroad Online Forums

Well today I was thinking. My monkey had ran out, and I couldn't revive cause I couldn't buy silk, and probably wont be able to until tomorrow. But, many uses spend a lot of money on silk (like me), would it be nice for JM to pay us back a little something for our dedication to the game?
I thought about it while I grind monkey-less to hit level 67(I did hit it in the end after dying 2wice from DC, my comp problems not SRO).
What if you could borrow silk. Say 10% of the silk that you have bought in the last 3 months (excluding the current one to avoid exploitation). So say I spend 170 a month, 170x3=510, 10% of that is 51, its enough for me to get a monkey in this case.
Obviously once you've borrowed for the last 3 months, you can borrow that silk again, and you are required to pay it back next time you buy silk.

Sure it could be exploited and not be paid back, but hey if some has spent 60 odd bucks on a game over the last 3 months, the least you can give them is 5$, and if they don't pay it back they cant use silk again so its there loss.

Hope it makes sense, just a little idea I'd like to throw out there.

yea rly, its like a gamble if I get in game, and if i do I normally crash anyway

I'm not saying I want it to be changed, as I'm sure there is some downsides to it. And I'm not touching the Offical forums, ewww :p

you dont have to buy silk, youre the one thats doing JM a favor, while they are making this game free for you..

actually... the mods (official) do read this forum since it is frequented by so many sro players ^^
