Strange quest glitch(I think)

Hello, I was traveling around Donwhang, looking for someone to give me the Earth Ghost Soldiers quest. I went to the priest area, and I saw someone with a scroll over their head. When I went to get the quest, he was going to give me the Ghost of Dazzlement quest. Now, I checked the quest guide, because I knew something was wrong. I am not supposed to get this quest until lvl 69. Should I accept the quest?

you can accept it, but it'll just stay in your quest log for a LONG time.

You guys should check the posters sig, lvl 6x it wont be in the log for too long. Go to the caves and try it out. Wouldn't hurt that much.

Just accept, when u kill an nachal it has an change to drop the quest item, i had it by the second kill of an nachal at lvl 66 or so
