ok all of this is new levels of retarded. If you hate 'them' then you group all of one type of people together...and since you hate a group/race of people you are considered racist. Second very important point is that describing people by skin color is fine. But japanese people are not yellow...that term is deemed racist. if you use the term (not in a joking manner) then you are racist. you can't say you aren't ... that's like arguing the definition of a word...it just IS.
