Yesterday i was grinding at karakoram, after several time my MP pots were gonne and i left to buy some more, like always, till here everything allright...
But passing tru White/Blue faced spider, between karakoram entrance and real entrace(know what im saying? XD) there they were!
STRONG NYIA GUARDS!!!!!!!!

I didnt realize how dangeours it was till i get like really next to them, i tought "nice, ill take a corner to hotan by dying now xp, no escape", n passing trough this crew, dudes, like 6 or 7 strong guards, there was a lvl 58 ppl in a horse coming from hotan proly heading to karakoram, the NIYA GUARD pwned its horse and applied a 9850 CRITICAL, thats right 9850 hit on the ppl, and i ran, thinking it was my end, 3 GUARDS on my as.s with those huge lances ( Oo ) and thanks to my lvl 5 shyty slow grass walk flow one of them did reach me.
and guess what??
BLOCK!!!!!!!!!!!
LOOOOOOOLLLLLLL
2% gained!
ps.: my shield is lvl 56 br 14, ordinary one.

my s/s nuker got a 42+4 br 17 sheild with lucky 4 as a drop a few days ago.
just thought i would throw that in

nice one! Yep, that 2% saved adds up after a while. At least you knew what you were up against...
Another funny story - My biggest pet peeve was when the scrolls were all weird and some dummies kept spawning the strong devil eyes in the DR, where I happened to be farming just inside the northern entrance with my L41 nuker. Of course you don't stop to check what every mob is as a nuker, so there goes the nuke and lo and behold, the mob is reb and you realize that the hp bar didn't move at all. Uh oh!!
I turned around and hauled butt as fast as I could back to the northern entrance of DR. Whew...that was close!
Then 2 seconds later his buddy that was just north of me (i turned around to see which way the one chasing me was going) turned me into bbq.

Thats right, but he wrote earned 2% or something.
Theres a difference between earn and save.

but once i was pretty sure i was dead this 2% SAVING is a major EARNING!

Once i escaped to a safe zone from a lvl64+ npc thief with two blocks in a row.
