So when do we get KSOR...looks really cool. Is it gonna be integrated on the current servers or are we gonna see like new servers that have ksro?

I think he thinks ksro is a complete expansion to what we have, and don't understand our version is sort of primitive compared to their update one.

ksro means Korean silkroad, while we play international silkroad [isro].
ksro is just the first sro that was released therefore it is father ahead in updates, it is not an update itself.
and yes, any updates will be intergrated
