I want to change my char tukker (lv 64) INT. with a lv 60+ STR glavier. I play on the server Tibet , Plz let me get a lv 60+ STR glavier on Tibet server.

Wrong.

The selling of characters is not allowed. There is nothing in the rules that says swapping characters is againsted the ToS
