Joymax wrote me back!!! is this the start of a new company?

I wrote some nasty posts in the SRO forums and sent a pretty mean E-mail to morningdew about my character that got hacked a few months back. Within one day morningdew has replied to my E-mail and was very professional and courteous. Maybe I am just jumping the gun but to hear a response is monumental! I am not sure if all of Joymax has changed but It seems like someone in the company is actually trying to do some good! Do you think with the recent posts flaming Joymax and the recent security issues Joymax may actually help some customers and try to change their ways? Do you think they finally realize we are their income and when we leave they are no more?
Just would like to hear some responses from you all

Probably not; they probably realized you were pissed and didn't want to lose your revenue so they just sent you an automated response with some guy's name slapped on it.

Post the E-mail?

Don't be idiotic.
First we see someone beeing contacted by a PM from someone from joymax.
Then we see a new user with monumental grammar and talks like silkroad is the best thing invented since chocolate chip cookies.
If joymax stays this cooperative for 5 months on end then i will change my opinion about them.
I'm not jumping from one leg on to the other just because someone gets treated nicely.
Continuation is the keyword here.
But the point and hidden meaning to you're topic is quite clear.

Hold on. SRO isn't better than choco chip cookies?
But seriously, there are problems with every company.
EA Games, Devs don't listen to the community.
Joymax, Devs don't listen to the community.
America's Army, Devs don't listen to the community.
Call of Duty, Devs don't listen to the community.
You get my point? Scream louder.

Screaming won't help much when it's falling on deaf ears.

Wow. where to start with you?
First: I maybe a new user but I have been around on SRO since the first beta.
Second: No one asked you to jump on one leg! or be an ass and flame me.
Third: Hidden meaning behind my post. Any retard can see the topic is what the post is. If I had a "Hidden meaning" I didn't know it. I am not a girl and give people "hints" on what I want like my girlfriend. I will tell you exactly what I think. Also, I was saying do you think they will change? I'm not screaming the gospel saying Amen yet.....

Word!
I'm also interrested in that Pm though.
The information in that Private message might provide us with some more information.
And Sagan don't take my posts personal or offensive in any way.
That's just how i post.
It might come over as blunt but by no means is it meant to be insulting.

I hope no one thinks i got the pm. But i will post what morningdew wrote to me. (If you look in the forums 4 people run her account, the real moriningdew signs her sig "-morningdew" all others that say Joymax Moderation Team are the US helpers.) You can tell by their posts anyway because they aren't as nice.
Here is the E-mail I got:

Look at the Subject line too. As you can tell I was not nice in my first E-mail.

If that is your real name, it would have done you some good (and confidentiality) to censor it.

No that's not just you.
That Pm Chaby recieved from someone from joymax could provide us with some information about that though.
But since it's a private message it's personally adressed to Chaby..perhaps some information about her account or some other personal information that doesn't concern us.
But on the other hand it's double strange since Chaby chose to share the fact that she had received a Pm from someone from joymax.
Then it's triple strange that ryoko said that the Author from that Pm was the real deal.
Now for the million dollar question:
What's inside the PM?

Well I am not much of a forum man. I know too many people that live on forums
I just check them every so often to hear the SRO gossip. I hate drama and as you can tell take too much personal.

Beeing on a forum tends to grow on you though, the more time you spend on it the more known and accepted you become.
It also depends on what forum you are on,some forums are just a waste of time, but some forums are well worth it.
Mingle with the good people, and for the rest just try to act like you'reself.
That's what i do,and i never had 1 warning since the day i joined.
It can be fun,it can be tough but if you need someone to rant to...
You can always rant to me.
Welcome to silkroad forums.

LOL... AA devs DO listen to the community.. but they only listen to the bad players.. IE 1VB ppl.. just cuz they are vets.. AA Devs assume they must be good players and a good impact on the game.. in result ... the AA devs are being told what to do by the bad AA players who got mad they got owned.. How many 1VB ppl you see in TWL/CAL? not many

Lol those are verry valid points and I think I would be very interested in knowing what the pm was. Well, joymax has been kinda improving the game, there adding more security precuations to keep epople that havn't got hacked safe yet and they still have that password thing they need to add in february that there going to do, so I can't say that there not crap. However, their hacking policies are very poor you get hacked it's your own fault.
I've never known any mmo that doesn't help about hacking I know that's them this is joymax but for a mmo you would think it's a standard policy to help out people that got their acc hacked if they showed proof?

What I understood from the SRO forums that they're currently trying to work out a deal-with-hacked-accounts policy that will allow them to help out with legitimate problems while preventing people from abusing it to take over someone else's account. I can imagine this costing them some time. Morningdew has been quite active in trying to resolve the currently hacked player issues these past few days though, and she has my thanks for that. I actually have some hope again that I may see my character once more.
