need technical (read before moving mods)

ok im posting here because nobody seems to answer on technical help, and at the oment there i alot of peope browsng GD, so here i go

Have you tried reinstalling SRO?

ps. if you do, be sure to backup your screenshots folder.

thats what got me there.
i re-instaed it but when it finshed itsaid that i didnt have administrator priileges so installation stopped

might also be because i have 2 silkroad folders

How do i take S/S's wich gets saved right away?
They way i do it i need to paste it in paint and save it. >_>

go into your silk road file, click the subfile screenshots, they are all saved in there
