it's 6th degree. if i remember right armor at europe only got up to lvl 50.
maybe they added more already, but i highly doubt it's 9th degree
since people are still 6x at ksro europe

Not euro, the highest euro degree rite now is 6, so umm :|.

Maybe its an event item...
