Go to a guild agent in any city and leave the guild.

or piss off your members and get banned.
btw, if you want no penalty, ask your GM to boot you while you're offline; that way you're free to join any other guild without waiting 3 days.

withdraw is the button the GM and anyone with withdraw authority uses to kick people from the guild. Its kind of confusing due to bad translation, it really whould just say "Banish" or something along those lines. But anyway, yeah get your GM to kick you while you are offline so you dont have to wait 72 hours to join another guild. If he kicks you while youre still online right after u ask to piss you off, then youre out of luck and youll just have to wait.
