did Joymax delete accounts because i got hacked around august and didnt play till more or less this week and have found the login saying no such user id - so i was wondering have Gaymax been deleting people.
Because if they have Ive payed my money on silk e.g Monkey - and they have just delelted it.

Make sure you're spelling it correctly, and make sure your CAPS are correct. Five months is plenty of time to forget small character you might have missed.

I had an account from way back that still existed when I had tried SRO again. They don't delete accounts from what I can tell.

If it was hacked, then perhaps someone did something against their ToS to get it blocked, banned, and deleted.

With or without CAPS doesn't matter when your trying to log in.

they may not "delete" accounts, but they sure as hell block accounts for "Chargeback"
when i never bought any silk on that, it was a "duplicate" account kinda like my old account but with a 2 on the end, it had like, 3 lvl 1-8 characters... and its banned do to chargeback -_-

if i recall they delete any accounts under level 40 if they have been inactive for something like 4-6 months, other then that i doubt it

I don't see a reason in that unless there is a limit of accounts, which i highly doubt...

They do delete accounts
In the agreement when you register I think it is if you are < lvl 10 w/out silk on account (course, now less than lvl 10 can't have silk!) and you are 6 months inactive..or a year not sure.... and I think any account if u are inactive a year I think haven't checked it recently maybe they only delete < 10.
