I just got a two star caravan of stuff, but when i press the bandit den return scroll, it says" The requested order cannot be carried out." Why is there this message?

I reckon its because your doing a quest where you have to deliver something in, which makes u unable to teleport.

You have a quest where you must run between jan/dw, abandon it and then you're free to tp.

its probably the one from the jangan herbalist, you have to go to one of the ferrys and deliver it
