try logging on to a different account
or go make one if you dont have

and message your IGN and see if you get a response

Thats the problem it says it cannot find the character what to do, and when i try to login with it , it says it might be online try after 5 minutes

I don't know if it's any help, but last time you could login, did you close SRO fully? If you didn't, maybe it's still logged on for that reason?
