Hi all, I am having so much trouble leveling up my nuker to lvl 30.

I find quests extremly logn adn boring and i find myself giving up after 15 minuts worth of grindin the same omsnter down adn getting .8-10 xp...

Any help?

any grinding locatiosn that have low walking distance?

1. would be nice if we knew your lvl now =)

2. just puss yourself to lvl 30, when you get your nukes at lvl 30 it'll be alot more fun =)

or get a GT/pet

I am a nuker, but my ligning mastery is lvl 21 and my bicheon is 23...



Is it possible for 1 of the high level players can help me level up?

no, im level 28. i know how you feel, its not THAT BAD, and if youre asking for a higher lvl to help you-for shame.

btw, even if youre a nuker (i am one too) you should get kd+stab and use it on hyeoncheong or whatever those stone monsters southwest of donhwang are called.

theyre slow, level 30, and give good exp. plus with kd+stb and imbue you should do a decent amount of damage even as a nuker and shouldnt get hurt too bad, im wearing protectors and they do around 100 dmg each hit.

this is what im doing, til i get my nukes in 2 levels.

it will cost you some time yes, just go do some earth ghosts, they're close to town.

The reason your lvling so slow is cause you have a semi-big gap between your masteries and your level, meaning you less exp and more sxp.

god I hated every bit before 30.
I grinded 25-30 on earth ghosts/ gunpowder, worked for me.

seriously youve got bicheon lvl 23

...use 100 sp to get kd and stab and have your way with gunpowder and stone mobs. its sooooo much easier.

don't gap that much at such a low level, you'll enjoy your nuker life much more by gapping at 50-ish/60-ish something

i did 9gap at Lv16, Lv17 & Lv18. again at Lv27, Lv28 and the first few percent of Lv29 (got too excited for nuking at Lv30). then again at Lv39 (2months for 1 lvl) then now 7gap at Lv52 (i could have just 9gap again though). gapping at higher levels is better coz you get to kill red mobs faster (1-hit) even with 9gap, you can't do that at 20~40 but then again someone might prove me wrong as they have a moon/sun weapon so im gonna say a 2nd reason would be, there is much to do with a Lv6X 9gap char compared to a Lv27 9gap char when you're not out leveling...

I'm getting .003% at 53, which is bad, very very bad, sp farming though

Just do the quests/griding together with a friend. It always works for me!

if you find boring leveling at that level.
dont' want to see you grinding at lvl 60+

.004% at lv40 with 9 level gap. A lot more SP per kill than at level 16 though.

Make a XP distri party with ur friends and keep grindin

call me sad, but i find grinding quite 'fun' and addictive in a way.
every 10% i go up im like 'YEA!'
and im always thinking of all the things being gained such as gold / drops / SP points and all that to keep me enthused.
iv also decided to be a collector which adds a bit more motivation too

At 2x you'll find 10% yay.
At 6x with a str blader, it'll take a while to go Yay.

kill ur gap and go to 30 then build a gap and lvl like a mofo with ur uber nuke

I guess ima get rid of my gap and try out a 9 lvl gap at a lower level?

2/3 lvl gap (so you can keep your lightning and bicheon maxed 3lvls lower then your character lvl)
Fighting white/orange mobs.


Full ints are slower untill they get nukes, thats when they start lvling extremely fast.


My record as nukers is lvl 40 in 1 week with goldticket and 2 gap.
But i'm never playing that much again, ever.

it feels like a job right now, and im not having much fun
so tomorow ima be playing 2 other games to take a break from sro.
but from 60-80 is a long way for me to go, and i wanna hit cap so ill start my JOB later on. i only played 5 hours this week

you are probably bored because ur build sux. Trust me, I made a total of 13 chars until i finally was able to perfect my nuker. And yet, Im thinking that the build I made wasnt that good even till today haha. But I cant play SRO now, but when I get a new desktop, Im definitely going for the build I think will work, just a little improved from my 13th char.

umm no...

and i have a pure int in ksro and the grinding is easier but still boring

how many of those 13 characters hit above 40?

only one char hit above 40. My last char which was nuker that I farmed with 150k sp and still has 100k+ sp leftover. It has around 700mil worth of items including 450mil cash and 220mil sosun spear +5. I dont know how much the spear is worth now but its olympus server.

But ye, I think that nuker was only lvl 41 or 42. I cant remember, it was november or when that compesation event happened that my laptop cant play the game anymore. I only have to wait just about 1.5 months till I get a new comp when amd comes out with quad and intel's quad cores will go down then Ill build a new desktop.

But ye, only one char made it above 40. My first char was pure int bow and it sucked. It was ice too haha, I usually start out with ranger chars on any mmorpg i play.
