First of all you need to find a guild who will invite you, than a Guild Master or a person who has the option to invite people comes to you he selects your name, push`es the button "Withdraw" , you accept that offer and you`re in a guild :)

I have to break it to you bro, but the withdraw button is for kicking someone from the guild :D

The Joining button is to invite.
