Bug report on SRO's site doesnt work

Was gonna report some botters and it doesn't work, some shit that I have to make a char in game, and I have it.
If GM is looking, I was gonna report these two. They are AFK botting, set to KS, at the moment. Thats 22:30 or so Korean time. Here be screens. Babel Server.
btw. junyi spawned those mobs on Altrol...
Also wanted to report buged therapy. If you get stunned while making therapy. You have to wait 6 minutes, if though you don't make one <.<

It is. It's challenging and thus not boring. I can easily die if I get really mobbed when fighting a giant. Therapy FTW! :>

He was listed on block list, but not blocked, just like Kaotic_killa, they both still bot. Even though they are "blocked".

Thats reatrded, Itachi13579 has been botting since i started sro and even though (s)he appears on the block list, (s)he is still botting away. JM why even bother saying their banned when they are clearly not!?
