That's been done before, not using a bot program, but just messing around with the client so only you can see it but no one else can see it but them. It's great fun, love to know how yo udo that, lol.

These are client side mods/patches for the game. They are not in the server. They are not displayed to anyone but people with the same mods/patches.

If you are seeing these things... STOP PATCHING YOUR CLIENT.
