Playing SRO in Taiwan

My friend has his iSRO account and been playing it for quite some time in the United States (registered in The States). Few weeks ago he moved to Taiwan, and it seems that he has problem connecting to iSRO server.
Are Taiwan IP's banned from accessing iSRO Server? Can someone provide me with an answer to rectify this? Or is he doomed to nothingness?

Taiwan IPs are banned from iSRO, because there is a Taiwan SRO. Your friend could either... a) Play tSRO. b) use a Proxy Server. (not one in Taiwan, Japan, Korea, Vietnam, or any other banned IPs)
BTW, your sig is cool.

Yeah, as long as he has Taiwanese IP address he cant log in to Isro. Tell him to get a proxy such as "hide IP Platinum" well some sort of proxy like that 1...

Try IPswitcher.
http://www.ipswitcher.com/index.htm
Download and install it. Then change your DNS IP to an ip of an unbanned country.
