funnily when i started a character recently it dropped a level 1 necklace, ring and earring, all had 100% on phys and mag.

the difference between a +100% and +0% is what .1 difference? its a very easy thing to find

there is no shop (npc) that sells stuff with those %
go to jangan and go to the npc who sells jewlery, the lvl 1 necklace looks like that.

Actually no it makes it equivalent to about +2.5
