wtf this means
- In the event of an anomalous transaction, you are limited to one attempt to
complete this transaction.
- If the payment restriction is in place due to excessive failed attempts,
the restriction will be lifted and reset at 00:00 Silkroad Standard Time everyday.
when i tried buy silk -_- with my paypal

Perhaps the paypal service was down, or you didnt quite have enough funds (i was off by $0.10 once LOL, and i got some wierd message)
I cant say that ive seen that before.

it just means if the transaction does go thru or something like that.

yes thats to prevent too much ccfing
cose u can only buy like 500 silk at 1 day and if u desided u need more ull have to w8 till tmw

means you tried to many times
it was used to stop Excsevvie CCF

I had like $14.97 once on my paypal >.> that really sux ^^
