In order to maintain a pleasant gaming and smooth patching experience, the server will undergo regular weekly server inspection.

Inspection Period: 1/16/2007 13:00~18:00 Silkroad Standard Time (5 hour duration)

No, not technically, by the time that server inspection happens, it will be the 16th in their time zone, to us, it will be late night on the 15th.
