SP, yes the rules is true, and there is no change to it. There should be no flames or personal attack of others..

However, Ryoko did say that this rule does not apply to you, now remember i will lock everythread about you, that you make or that someone else makes about you, however if the user wants to keep the Sig or Avy, im not going to go anything about it.

Remember people will only keep doing it because they realise it bothers you, if you would just completely leave then you will see the Sigs and Avy's will change.!
