No you have to be lvl 5 to use it. When you buy it it will be lvl 1

(and sry i mean stable not grocery trader )

Lol save em and be mad when you ended up wasting storage space for so long when they bring out a different event item for the next event.

and thanks for tellin me about the wolves, i thought they where lvl 5 when you bought them
