where are the servers hosted at?

im having delay when i try to attack mobs betweek each skill i press, basically lag ye...
its only during the day, at evening/night & morning its fine, i wanna know where are the servers hosted at so i can ping em before i even decide to go grind. at atleast what country they hosted at, so ill atleast ping some random server in that country ......

They are in Korea. 121.128.133.26

They are in Korea. 121.128.133.26
Nah its my back-yard, the lag was caused by heavy rain here last couple of days, sorry for that.
