i informed her of a few people botting... She made a stall asking who bots..

I also have proof of these few "people" botting.

nice to know some GMs are actually going around catching these bots now . I think JM service really has improved.. a lot.

GJ. It's not the company but the people IN the company that make the difference. Good idea, what better way to find out who's botting than from the players themselves

and the dude spamming "1m for 100 silk" in town got banned instantly... ownage

i saw her on athens
and i talked to her and i gave her some 8th degree jewels and what not
she gave it back to me about a hour later

I saw her as well... She stopped and chatted wit everyone to make sure they were there. And she caught a bot in action. I have video of this. ^_^





Apparently though they use that account just to scour the high lvl areas. As you can see I made mention of the bots in the homeland and the reply was we ban high lvls.

yeah.. unless they have a different GM for the lower levels..

Nice set up. Since it's a player account and not a GM account the bot can't tell the difference. Beats the bot "autologoff when GM in the area" feature.

Also nice to see that they are going after the active High level botas instead of the gold bots. Every time the lists come out everyone b1tches that it is only gold bots that were banned.

She stopped by and killed some mobs and actually lvld up

I knew jomax could do it,all they needed was more dedication and some socialising with it's members.

But no matter how much joymax improves,it will never become you're best friend,not untill both sides grow wiser,and final steps are taken to prevent hacking,botting,ccfing,etc.etc.

Both sides are still learning to mingle with each other.

But one thing that's been keeping me in the dark is this:

1.Since it's a free game,how much right de we have to point the finger at them?

I know we atleast have 1 right:

The safety of ou're hard earned playing accounts.

But about those other things,i'm not so sure.

Meh... GM's never visits Babel or me, this is the only time I saw a GM. He waited 15 minutes for that noob to come back from afk, and didnt block him.





AND HE DIDNT EVEN MAKE HIS GHEY BLESSING! FCK!

Im waiting to see ban lists to see how effective this is. Any idiot could have walked into the caves before the update and caught 2-3 botters in every room. It'll be interesting to see what happens now.

I want to see one at the penons on alps.

Today i saw 4 botters following each other around just standing there and then they would take a few steps and stop.

Then when they eventually started 'botting' they all went for the same monster.

A free or broken bot me thinks

GMs are once again so naive in banning botters...

Now that they have had their identity revealed, it is a wake up call to all botters to stop botting, at least for the time being. GMs should be creating a different ID at least. They should lie low and wait for botters to kick back into gear then ban.

Ban 5 bots, presence known, ID known, 1000 bots escape.

Just another GM blunder. GM 5 < BOT 1000
