Is it just me or does there seem to be more lvl 72 weapons then there are lvl68 ones?

Im finding it hard to find a good lvl 68 spear.

prob because everyone is fighting high lvls mobs to get good drops/exp and not that many peopel figthing 68-71 mobs.

Full farmed lv70 chars can easily grind on snipers/hunters 75/76 like i did. they drop 71-75 items.
