Thanks IceSworder for the original idea. [GREECE] SERVER TRADE #1 is here (the original thread) I figure this is something we could do weekly. It's a too great idea to be let go away.

So again the coming Saturday at 20:00 CET or 19:00 GMT.
Lets repeat this.
Dont worry about summon scrolls. Soon or later people will run out of summon scrolls, and is'nt it a bannable action to summon on traderuns? I actually heard someone got banned for doing that, so take screenshots to prove and there will be many witness there.

Our union (Fairylanders) isn't the strongest one on Greece, but we have friends in other unions, even enemies that might turn friends and help us protecting the traderun. Time for me to make some diplomacy
So if your union or guild is on Greece and willing to join in this "event" leave a comment here. You can also leave a comment if u are not going to join the traderun in any ways, or if u're on another svr or playing another game too.

Before you guys try to attempt another server suicide why don't you ask has any server wide trade run been successful?

well, could we set it to another time? cause IcE_pLaYa can make a diff beeing a hunter i think. Well id like to tell u that my whole guild is going to participate, but today... i asked zig_zag for help int e trade, i thought he would help us but no.. he was a thief.. so, i dun really know what i can count with now..

What is your IGN? Your guild name? If u don't mind posting that in public, you can PM me.

In case someone does spawn a large amount of higher lv monsters and kill the traders. We would calmly wait for the 5 minutes to pass, in the mean time, will protect the goods as best as we can, until the traders safely return to get back their goods. And we continue. Of course we would also try our best to take screenshots of the culprits to do a report to JM when the traderun is over.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Please forward my regard to Hunny . And Manowar I'm counting on that u will be there too, don't let me down

A special message to the following unions:
Endless, GermanChaos, Chevaliers, Nightmare, PureEntity.

I'm mentioning these names mostly because I saw your guild at the last serverwide traderun, even though I got to the traderun over half an hour too late, but that's a whole another point. You were in other words, active at that specific time for when the traderun is planned to be.
Our guild's and union's current diplomacy status with your guilds are: Neutral.
It's true though, that in the past it has been: Friendly, hostile and even both with some guilds. If you're in any of the guilds above, you would know exactly what I meant.
Some of you even proposed "peace" so that we could do a serverwide traderun before, I accepted it then, so let's go back to that agreement again.
Hope we can cooperate to help protecting the traders. Let's unite to preserve to future of Greece server

And if you're a member of any of these guilds or unions, and reading it here on the forum, please help forwarding this message to your union/guild master.

My apology if in the rush of writing this post I forgot any other union leading guilds that were there.

IF you are gonna do another TR, make sure its better organized. If you can assure me that all traders will be in 2or3 caravans, rather than 2or3 hordes of traders trying to follow each other, you can count me in, otherwise, it will just fail again.

I'm all for server trade runs, and events to bring the server together, but yesterday, all it did was bring the hunters closer 2gether, and the thieves closer together, and push the hunters and thieves further apart.

Just to let ya know hunny is seldomly playing sro anymore but i can still contact her to come help. As for me, i had trouble showing up to the last server trade run because Ive been wakeing up at like 11 am every day now that ive been on vacation and after i eat and stuff by the time i sign on i see its too late. But ill still try to make this one.

Also it might help if we get some people on TS/vent servers. I know my union has our own vent server. But it sounds like fun and ill try to make this one and ill agree to do a server trade run w/ w/e guild wants to participate.

In the last run, where there any low lvl people like 30-40?
i mean if ur around 30ish u can easily die, so its no fun

My plan is having traders in groups of 3 traders each. Lower level people in the first groups, higher lv people in the last groups. Then having someone from my guild (for sake of easier communication) let's call that person "the pathfinder" and that person will be the one that the 1st group of the traders from the entire traderun trace. Then the 2nd group trace the 1st group, then the 3rd group trace the 2nd group and so on. If anything serious happens to the traders, the pathfinder will pause so will the entire traderun pause, until we fix what ever the problem was. We will make sure that as many as possible of the traders will arrive safely.

The number of allowed star on the camel would be 1* There will be too much lag to handle if everyone spawns their own 2-5 npc thieves at pretty much the same time. Don't worry about if it's too easy, cuz it won't be as there will be intern natural 1* popping inside the traderun itself. And don't forget there will probably be people who will try to use monster scrolls on us. And there I think also that there will be people who will try to get more than 1* anyway. And the disconnections, lags, and crashes that are just bound to happen.

Great plan. Im sure that took ya a while to figure out and yea i agree people will try to get more than 1* even though u tell them not to.

how many people know about this? i dont think many people do. It would be nice if the trade run was filled with 300+ ppl but with the current publicity i dont believe that will happen.

I havent seen any globals about it too. hmm...some major advertising needs to happen.

it'll be more thrill, the next time, everybody will be prepared for the worst, as well as those who want to theif.

Any voluntary global would be greatly appreciated. All you need to write is:
"Serverwide traderun at: Saturday 19:00 GMT or Sunday 04:00 SRO Standard Time. Meet up in Hotan 30 mins before the start for more info"

Some hours before the start I will make some globals too.

If you have any other ideas for publicity, post it here.

I know some globals were sent out today and i told my union already that i dont wanna see any of them theifing. I just hope this trade run goblins dont come and steal our skin because i like my skin :\
