Attention Guild Masters, a little help plz

My Guild is about to purchase a Guild Emblem (we are almost at 20K GP needed), and we've been searching for the ideal emblem, as you do.

We have spent a week or so with everyone contributing a pic or two, and one thing that is clear is that a picture that looks good at 100 x 100 pixels can look crap at 20 x 20 pixels.

So we can conitue to search out our ideal, can someone please tell me the actual dimensions the thing will need to be?

16x16 I think. It's somewhere in artists corner, search for a thread from gaia_x with guild emblem
