After a while playing, i've decided to go something diffrent. Pure Int bow.
Logically, it sux. Coz the Hp is low, Not enough defence, Weak againts malee combat and pure str players.

But since the rise of nuker, might wanna get your hands in touch with anti magic. Lolz. Garment and bow and pure int?? Its rediculous.

Bow has the crits, but a 1/10 crits each attack is not convincing of winning (without anti-devil). Consistency is the key to kill fast. So i go for Int, Magic attack is much more stronger than, (as setted in the system), physical. So for offence, im going for fire, and ice and lighting. Fire as main force offence, Ice and lighting as being defensive.

so as my limited knowledge about bowers, i decided to go for this. Never touch a bow before. and after a while playing, It kills faster as i thought. With Fully equiped Gears +3int and +3str and ++ and sos, it actually works fine. After trying pvp with players with the same level. Get in my nerves, win 2 times out of 4 match. So its 50-50.

Any other suggestion? im totally dumb when it comes to bow.

If u ever looked into pacheon skill tree, it said clearly: physical!
Unless ur nuking with a bow, too bad never saw that happening

uh nope. no it isnt.

see, in euro, on the wizard, we have 4 skills in the begining.
at the same level, each of them has the exact same XX-XXX damage.
each of them also has a different % on them, for instance, the ice bolt has 271%, while the fire bolt has 366%. while both of them have the same XX-XXX and same level of mastery for each one, the fire bolt consistently does ~500 damage more.

Do cursed heart quest and reallocate ur skill points from pacheon to nukes. That might save ur char from utter defeat

I went pure INT bow to 32 then reallocated my skills to be a nuker.

Pure INT bow is the fastest way to 30 IMO 99% of monsters are toast long before they get close.

ok..maybe ill go untill lvl 32, and farm again at flowers. Then maybe after that ill go spear. possible? coz i just bought an sos bow lvl 24 but 2mill only (with blues) Reallocate skill, and then go for spear.

consider it good decision?

Being a int bowman woudln't be bad, if it's hybrid, just get some nukes bow skills that would be useful and you got yourself a nice int hybrid bow.

if you arent getting pwned now its only a matter of time. change to a nuker, or make a new char. (imo...)

I was building a 70/70 (80/80 with pimped gear) archer and got it to lvl46. On average it does a little more damage than a pure str archer of the same level but I'd always get owned by pures around my same level - archers do depend on crits and they just don't hit hard enough on this build. I got sick of getting owned so I read up enough and rerolled. My pure str archer is at 43 now and I'll be switching.

From what I understand, and this is all speculative from what I've heard random folks say. The 70/70 char has some potential but I'd need to be farmed up like crazy for all the buffs and good passives.

Anyhow, I hate to abandon the old char. I was thinking about farming while doing curst hearts and changing it to sword/shield. Any opinions on this? Should I stick with it and see how the 70/70 archer ends up?

Thats exactly what I did, I even used a level 24 sos bow. Im pretty lucky though cause I can afford to use the cash shop so changing from bow to a nuker was easy (although expensive )

Did you guys ever think of a build that especially for PvE and making money ? Pure Int Bow is also my build now and I've learned so many things. Especially for PvE, you will think of nuker, yes they nukes very strong and kill mob fast. But think about this, a book3 nuke will cost you around 1800 or 2000 MP to cast, and you have to max it out for best damage, means lots of SP spent. An Anti-Devil shot book3 only cost around 700 MP (i don't remember exactly), with short cool-down time and nice effect (critical), and you only have to add it 1, save your SP for something else.
Maybe you will think that I'm a wierdo cuz Pure Int generally have lots of MP, but I'm currently talking about saving your money, and earning more. Let's say a nuke deal 4000 damage, cost 1600MP, an Anti-Devil only deal aroung 2700 damage, but it cost 700MP, and strike very fast.
To me, pure int bow is the class for ppl that lazy to farm, or farm very little. Of course pure int bow is only for PvE, at high level you can't even do a 1v1, because you will never win. Maybe in JobWars or GuildWars you can fire some arrows to support the team.
IMHO Pure Int Bow is excellent for making money, the only down-side is the bow's durability, it's broken very fast extremely for those that use Combo Arrows. So better have some Repair Hammers in your pocket.

Thats if you have a pet to collect your drops.
Doing that with a bow is a bitch. The mob dies kinda far away from you which makes you run all the way to where it died and pick up the drops.
If you have a pet then i guesse its a pretty nice and quick way of making cash.
Also a lot of arrows drop from mobs, so you wont run out of arrows so fast and since mobs wont have time to get to you and hit you it will save all your durabilities except for your bow, so better get a high durability on it.
You have alot of MP so you wont run out of pots THAT fast either.
If you do that with passive mobs who never attack you for no reason it will save you alot of HP pots.
Sounds like a nice build to collect money with.
