Easily photoshopped. Not that it necessarily is. He could have taken the SS for some other reason, not knowing that Notice had come up. He then sent it to whoever, STILL not realising his mistake, until, of course, it was too late. Farfetched and hard to do something so obvious, but it DOES happen.

Most likely isn't photoshopped, many people make a mistake and post a picture and don't even realize that their bot thingy has said something in chat.

thats not photoshopped and you can get into the caves with a horse if you use a reverse return scroll from the item mall
