you can always cape to try out your new skills. or to have fun when you dress up as a noob and some other person around the same level attempts to kill you, fails, and you get to laugh.

It seems like you never played any MMORPGs before..or at least one that has PvP. Cape Fights is a good way to test your fighting skills among other players instead of just mindlessly grinding for the rest of your gaming life.
If you want one that doesn't have PvP..go play Maple Story.

Caping is your training ground, where you can learn how to fight against other players, in preparation for the fun activities like Thieving and Hunt(er)ing.
It really does take a while to develop godd pvp strategies, it's not just 123 123.
Caping is also stress relief

I love PvP, and I don't mind if I get killed by a high level..but it gets annoying if they keep doing constantly after 5 times.

lol.. im not that mean, but after i kill them once and they attack me.. i rub it in a little and get my fist and bird to kill them

Lol. If they start to attack me, I usually use frost nova and start punching
