Can someone help me man.My ..... character got blocked today cuase of some User Aggrement Violation and i have no ..... idea what they are talking about cuase I never did anything wrong like botting or buying gold or nothing like that.His name is ShadowThe6th on Xian server Lvl 52 str blader.

If you think you've been blocked when there's no reason to, find a way to contact joymax. Prolly through the Bug Report section. But keep in mind that there are a lot of other reasons they can block you for.

Well I did send them screens before the botter blocking started this month and I did send send a a email on the bug report but they never ever reply back to me.

There is a reason u were banned, trust me.

Well if they keep silent from they're side, they probably have valid grounds to block you.

Well I also know that I tried to buy Silk before with my moms credit card but the card had no money and she didn't know that at the time cuase she though she had money on it btu I have i no idea what happend and i know they will never reply back but i will keep sending reports.

chargeback ftl, you will have to get your mums bank to contact joymax and say it was their fault they didnt get the money and they should unblock you.

did you recieve silk? if so then yes JM thought u ccfed
if you didnt get silk when u tried then its something else

could it possibly be an ip thing?
