lol then buy 100 summon scrolls, get in a full exp share party,get a capped friend or two,give them the scrolls,they summon and whack the mobs till you lvl up.

Even %00.30 is GREAT if you meant that. Hell, even %00.03 is good.

if you are killing decayed yeoha at lv4 u get 30% each.. whehe
0.01 is good to.. sometimes i cry for 0.01 % ;(

lv1-70 all Quest exp is !!ONLY!! -> 32,566.060 exp !
lol... if you are de-level and reward all quest you can GET LV63 ~10-20% .. only with quest's...
