When we get the cap raise to lvl80
will lvl76+ mobs drop lvl9 elements o.o?

If the 9th degree equipment comes out with the lvl 80 cap then they must drop lvl9 elements O_o otherwise how would you pimp your gear? lol

9D anything will only come out when the lvl 90 cap comes.
