How soon does Joymax reply to bug reports?

i have lagged into a wall and Disconnected. Now when i log in i get Disconnected as soon as i log in. So i wanna be able to play asap! so i need to know how soon Joymax replys!

There's also a thing called being 'TO negeative'. Simply cause it's not true.

Ive written to joymax 5+ times.
Never got replied.
But it wasnt very much to reply on. Maybe they read it and did some changes. But i doubt it. ^^

12hrs after i reported my guildie for botting Gargamel was standing
next to him, So not that long.
