Sometimes they dress down so they look like a level 30 or something and then you can't tell who had summoned.

That happened to me a few days ago when I created a new char, go out to kill some mangyangs, i'm on my 10th mangyang, and I die from a Strong Earth Ghost warrior. Pathetic.

Yeah they do, remember the story of Fly on Xian getting banned for this, eventhough it was the other fIY whom did it.

i was doin a trad run from downhang to jangan and after we crossed eastern ferry and was goin to jangan everything was like planed till some lvl 60+ thiefs came spawned strong yetis on us

I think the ban/report thing was just while people were summoning stuff that stayed there forever like those level 70 desert red eyes, making some areas impossible to grind in. If the monsters vanish after 5 minutes then it's different. Otherwise imagine how many complaints they'd get through the bug abuse during such a long event.
Besides a screenshot could be from any server with other people using the same name or you could blame any high level in the pic.
I wonder when Fly summoned those monsters, was it during the 5 minute bug?
Shame about Fly, and that proves they didn't even bother to check any logs of any kind to see if it was actually him who spawned them, which is quite rediculous really.
